Accepted Formats
Your spreadsheet can have any column names β the tool auto-detects them. Typical columns:
- Account No / Code β account number or code
- Account Name / Description β name of the account
- Debit / Dr and Credit / Cr β separate debit/credit columns
- Balance / Amount β single net balance (positive = debit, negative = credit)
- Prior Year / PY β previous year balance (optional, enables Comparative tab)
If columns can't be auto-detected, you'll be prompted to map them manually.

- Normal Balance β Debit or Credit (used for sign-checking)
- Risk Level β Low / Medium / High based on account type
